Hello, it's Megan with Naughty Kitty Vintage.
The first images are of my 1950’s novelty, pink Cat, May pole Skirt. I bought this skirt when I was about 18 and it's still one of my staple wardrobe pieces. I collect vintage cat items, especially novelty prints, in fact it’s part of the reason I chose the name NAUGHTY KITTY VINTAGE for my shop. That and a particularly naughty barn cat I used to have, who once decided to claw up one of my antique dresses, when I first started selling Vintage clothing.

Pictured with me is my sweet cat Midnight who unfortunately passed away last year.

The next image is my 1960’s Ostrich feather, full length Coat, worn by Debbie Reynolds on her show when she was impersonating Zsa Zsa Gabor. I purchased this coat from Debbie Reynold’s Estate. I love collecting old Hollywood memorabilia and if I can tie it into fashion, even better!

This photo is of when my husband and I eloped. We got married on August 12th almost five years ago at the haunted Crescent Hotel in Arkansas. I bought this dress in Bolivar, Missouri in its original box (it came with a photograph of the woman who wore it at her wedding). I immediately fell in love with the 3D roses on the dress, the short sleeves and fitted waist. Unfortunately the dress had damage to the sheer organza layer but it fit me like a glove. I paid $50 for it and wore it for the 5 minute ceremony we had. It was incredible to give this dress another walk down the aisle despite its damages.

The final photograph is an early photo of my Vintage Fetish Collection. I have long been an admirer of Bettie Page and always loved the more risqué shots of her, in sky scraper heels and tight fitting clothing. My adoration for Vintage Fetish blossomed from there. In my early 20’s, when I had the opportunity to buy not one, but two pairs, of leather Fetish shoes from a studio where Bettie Page worked. My vintage Fetish collection has now gone into full bloom with over 10 pairs of rare Vintage Fetish heels, along with rare Fetish Booklets and images I have collected over the years. Even recently I was able to track down an incredible pair of late, 1960’s extreme Fetish heels, that were handmade with a 17 inch heel! Some day soon I’m going to need a bigger display cabinet for my collection.

Thank you so much Megan for sharing your favorite Vintage items with VSN :+)
